Only a planned and integrated development of nanoscience involving a wide spectrum of global research communities and industries can hope to provide comprehensive solutions for sustainable development and address the most critical areas in need of targeting by nanoresearch (such as drug delivery, water remediation, agricultural productivity, etc.). Such an interdisciplinary and global meeting is needed at this time in order to bring Nanotech's tremendous potential to the world.
